Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Return & Refund Terms.

1. GENERAL PHILOSOPHY

Xotic Perfumes is committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every product we sell. Because fragrances are personal care products that come into direct contact with skin, and because scent preferences are inherently subjective, our return policy reflects industry standards that protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.

2. STANDARD RETAIL PRODUCT RETURNS

2.1 Eligible Returns

We accept returns on standard retail fragrance purchases under the following conditions:

 The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase

 The product is completely unopened, in original manufacturer's packaging with all seals intact

 The product has not been used, sprayed, or tampered with

 Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip) is provided

 The product was not purchased as a final sale, clearance, or promotional item

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

 Any opened, used, or partially consumed fragrance product

 All custom-blended perfumes created through our perfume bar service

 All products that have been laser-engraved or otherwise personalized

 Decant vials and sample sets

 Gift sets where any component has been opened

 Final sale, clearance, and promotional items

 Digital products, gift cards, and store credit

 Subscription box contents once delivered

2.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

2.4 Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds, except in cases where the return is due to a verified defect or our shipping error.

2.5 Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in shipping, or not what you ordered, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@xoticperfumes.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a prepaid return label and issue a full replacement or refund at no charge to you.

3. CUSTOM PERFUME BAR — NO REFUND POLICY

ALL CUSTOM PERFUME BLENDING SESSIONS AND THEIR RESULTING PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE OFFERED ON COMPLETED CUSTOM BLENDS.

Custom fragrance blends are created collaboratively during your session based on your personal preferences expressed at that time. Because these products are created specifically for you using ingredients selected at your direction, and because the perfumer's time and materials cannot be recovered once the session is complete, we cannot offer refunds on completed custom blends.

If you are dissatisfied with your blend, please contact us within 14 days and we will make reasonable efforts to adjust or modify your formula at a discounted rate as a courtesy. This courtesy adjustment is not a legal obligation and is offered entirely at our discretion.

Session deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to appear for your booking. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be applied as store credit toward a future booking.

4. LASER ENGRAVING — NO REFUND POLICY

ALL LASER ENGRAVING SERVICES ARE FINAL SALE ONCE ENGRAVING HAS COMMENCED.

Laser engraving permanently alters the physical surface of your product. Once engraving begins, the service cannot be reversed. We strongly encourage you to review all digital proofs carefully before approving engraving to begin. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of text, names, dates, and design elements you submit.

For corporate and bulk orders, a digital proof is provided and requires your written approval before we proceed. Once approved and engraving is completed, no refunds will be issued for errors in the approved proof.

If we make an error that differs from your approved specifications, we will re-engrave a replacement product at no charge or issue a full refund for the engraving service fee.

5. ONLINE ORDER — SPECIFIC PROCEDURES

To initiate a return for an eligible online order: (1) Email info@xoticperfumes.com with your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and your reason for return. (2) We will review your request within 2 business days and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. (3) Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box. (4) Ship to: Xotic Perfumes Returns, 6824 Harwin Dr, Houston, TX 77036. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused.

6. EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, return the eligible item for a refund (subject to this policy) and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

7. GIFT RETURNS

If you received a product as a gift and it meets our return eligibility criteria, you may return it for store credit in the amount of the original purchase price. Please contact us with the order number, if known, or the approximate purchase date.
